How are orders placed on Fashion and Glam delivered to me?
All orders placed on Fashion and Glam are dispatched through our local courier company - partners such as Sajha Etc.
How long will the delivery take?
It will be really quick! The delivery time might vary between 1 - 5 working days, depending upon your address. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your My Account section in Fashion and Glam site.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please tap on “My Orders” section under main menu of to check your order status.
Do you deliver everywhere in Nepal?
This is big dream and we'll achieve it soon! We strive to deliver to all the major cities of Nepal. At the time of shopping, please check if your city is covered. If not, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address.
How much will the shipping cost me?
All orders worth Rs. 3000 or above will be shipped free of cost. For any orders below Rs. 3000, a nominal fee of Rs. 100 would be applied within Valley and Rs. 200 from outside valley.
Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?
We recommend that you should receive the order by yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
If you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again.
Does Fashion and Glam deliver products outside Nepal?
No. At this point, Fashion and Glam delivers products only within Nepal.
What are the various modes of payment at Fashion and Glams?
We support the following payment options at Fashion and Glam: eSeva and Khalti payment Getway.
Will I have to pay for any hidden costs like VAT Tax, Shipment, etc…?
You should not be asked to pay anything extra for the order. Only whatever is mentioned on the invoice can be paid. Please let us know if you've been bothered otherwise.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
If I return/cancel the purchased product will the VAT amount charged be refunded?
Yes. If you return the product the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded into your account selected at the time of return initiation.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your orders under logging into Fashion and Glam website My Account section. Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your Website and then select the item or order you want to cancel
I just cancelled my order, when will I receive my refund?
We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. The time for the refund to reflect in your source account might vary depending on the payment type. The payments made via Debit Card, Net Banking, or payment Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Does Fashion and Glam assure of complete refund against my cancelled order?
Absolutely! Although we must add that cancellations are not a very happy thing for us.
